TIMBER CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

We specialize in custom tallies of solid sawn timbers. Sawmill Direct's appearance grade timbers are chosen with special care to limit visual and structural defects.

- Lengths up to 44'
- Sizes as large as 12" x 24"
- Finished surfaces include hand hewn, rough sawn and surfaced four sides

ANTIQUE TIMBERS
These finest quality old growth are a truly unique asset to any structure. Resawn from large reclaimed structural beams from turn of the century buildings. Available in Heart Pine and Douglas Fir.

Fasteners
Wooden pegs, metal fasteners, metal hangers, and split rings.

DECKING
Tongue & groove V-joint for floor and roof systems. 1" x 6" through 4" x 6"

STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS
Structural wall and roof panels to be used with timber construction. OSB laminated to both sides of thick expanded polystyrene foam.

NAIL BASE INSULATION
Create an uninterrupted blanket of high performance insulation. One-step application of insulation and sheathing. Available in 4' x 8' through 4' x 16' with R-values to R-50.
